Print an asset page or save as a PDF file

You can print an asset page or save it as a PDF file to share information about an asset outside Collibra, for example, for audit, reporting, or security purposes.

Note 
  • Related assets from a relation type section are printed as a list, with the relation type as the heading. But not all information is printed. Only the names of the related assets—always from the first page of the relation type section—are printed. Other fields of the related assets, such as their domains and asset types, aren't printed.
  • The following aren't printed:
    • Attachments
    • Attributes that were never given a value, except for tags
    • Comments
    • Complex relations

  1. Open an asset page.
  2. Click → Print.
  3. Click .
