Global View contains views that show all assets regardless of their community, domain, or application. To open Global View, on the main toolbar, click
→
Global View. A view found in Global View is referred to as a global view.
The various features that are available for a view are also available for a global view. As such, you can:
- Change the display mode to table or tile.
- Create global views with different fields and filters.
- Import and export the assets or complex relations in a global view.
If the Enable landing pages for applications setting is enabled in your Collibra environment, you see a landing page for this application. This landing page is a preconfigured page to help you find information and resources faster. Admins can update this page via the Page Editor.
Note Asset views created in communities and domains aren't available in Global View. Only the views created directly within Global View are available there.
