No. Usage Analytics is a free, out-of-the-box product in your Collibra environment.

Usage Analytics captures data based on when users sign in to Collibra and when they visit a resource. These events are recorded in Collibra and sent every hour to the Usage Analytics database.
The usage data from your Collibra environment is pulled, aggregated, and refreshed every 2 hours. Thus, at any given time, the data on the Usage Analytics dashboard is not more than 2 hours behind.

Yes, if the user has one of the following global permissions:
Yes. If you want to exclude their usage data, you can do so on the new Usage Analytics dashboard using the Exclude User filter.
Yes. You can hide the Usage Analytics detailed data from a user by removing the following global permission from the global role assigned to the user: Insights > View Usage Analytics reports
Yes. You can filter the Usage Analytics data based on usage period and other criteria.
Yes. This is available via the Insights Data Access API.
Usage Analytics captures only those events that are initiated from the Collibra user interface. Consequently, events initiated by accessing Collibra via an API, Edge, or a mobile app are not captured in Usage Analytics.
