About Collibra settings

The Collibra settings allow you to customize the operating model and manage your environment according to your needs.

To access the Collibra settings, on the main toolbar, click → Settings.

The Settings page has several sections, which depend on your permissions and license.

Section	Description	Required global permission
General	Manage general settings, such as activities, languages, banners, and customizations.	System administration
Operating model	Manage the operating model, which defines the structure of the data in your environment, for example asset types, domain types, characteristic types, and statuses. Note All users can view the Operating Model settings, regardless of their permissions, as these sections are often linked from other parts of the product. You need a global role with the System Administration global permission to edit them.	System administration
Workflows	Manage workflow definitions and see running instances.	System administration Workflow administration
Roles and permissions	Manage permissions and roles to define which actions users can perform.	System administration
Users and subscriptions	Manage users and groups, see license and asset consumption, the product package you are using, and the Collibra Units consumption in your organization.	System administration User administration
Search	Manage settings specific to Search and Data Marketplace.	System administration
Data Notebook	Manage settings specific to Data Notebook.	Data Notebook
Edge	Manage Edge, including Edge or Collibra Cloud sites, their capabilities, and connections.	System administration
Migration	Migrate the operating model and views from one Collibra environment to another.	System administration
OAuth applications	Register your applications to obtain a client ID and client secret that are required to request an access token to securely authenticate your applications to access Collibra public APIs without requiring individual user credentials.	System administration
AI agents	Manage Collibra AI Copilot and the AI agents. For information about enabling this feature, go to Collibra AI Copilot configuration.	Manage all agents
Configuration	Manage core system configurations, such as security, authentication, email notifications, and search indexes.	Configuration > View
Logs	Consult Collibra environment log files or download them for offline use.	Logs > View
