Create a quality score aggregation

1. On the main toolbar, click → Settings.
   The Settings page opens.
2. Click the Operating model tab.
   Operating Model settings are shown.
3. In the left pane, click Quality score aggregations.
   The Quality score aggregations tab may be named Data quality rules.
4. Above the table, to the right, click Create score aggregation.
5. Enter the required information.

   Field	Description
   Name	The name of the data quality score aggregation path.
   Description	The description of the data quality score aggregation path.
   Target asset type	The asset type that will show the data quality score. Click the drop-down list and select one or more target assets.
   Aggregation path	The chain of relations from the target asset to the score source. The path can include derived relations and asset type groups for all Data Quality sources. Click the drop-down list and select one or more chains of relations. Important When Data Quality & Observability is the source of data quality scores, the aggregation path must end in a Column or Business asset to allow Collibra to look up the relevant monitors. When an external data source is used, the aggregation path can end in any asset type and use any dimension relation for quality score classification.

6. Click Save.

Note After you configure an aggregation path, quality scores are calculated in Data Quality & Observability and then sent to relevant assets in Data Catalog.

5. Enter the required information.

   Field	Description
   Name	The name of the data quality score aggregation path.
   Description	The description of the data quality score aggregation path.
   Target asset type	The asset type that will show the data quality score. Click the drop-down list and select one or more target assets.
   Aggregation path	The chain of relations from the target asset to the score source. Click the drop-down list and select one or more chains of relations.
   Categorization	The relation type that links the score to the Dimension asset type, which can slice the score. Click the drop-down list and select an option.

6. Click Save.
