Console Export Files

The Console Export Files page contains a list of your existing export files:

Column Description
Name The name of the export files.

Note Legacy exports have the name highlighted in red.

Description The description that was entered when the export file was created.
Data Whether the export file contains the core database data of the Collibra environment. This encompasses all data related to communities, domains, assets, users, operating model, and similar objects.
History

Whether the export file contains data activity and snapshot-related information.

Note Your export file can only include history data if it also includes the current data.

Configuration Whether configuration files are included in the export file.
Customization Whether customimzation files are included in the export file.
Created on The date when the export file was created.
Retain for

The retention period for the export file, after which the file is automatically removed:

  • 7 days (default)
  • 30 days
  • 60 days
Expires The date when the export file expires and is removed.

Version

The version of Collibra in the export file.
Size The size of the export file.
Progress A progress indicator for ongoing exports.

Note This column is only visible while Collibra is actively exporting a file.

[empty] Links to download , restore , and delete the export file.

Above the table, to the right, there are action buttons and counters:

  • Button to Create Console Export File.

    Note This button is unavailable if you have reached the maximum number of export files, which is 50.

  • Button to Upload Console Export File.
  • Counters for console export files and legacy exports.

    Important You can have a maximum of 50 export files. You can configure who receives email notifications and when these notifications are sent about approaching this limit.
