Delete a console export file

If you no longer need one or more export files, you can delete them to make room for new ones:

  1. Open Collibra Console with a user profile that has at least the ADMIN role.

    Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.

  2. In the main menu, click Console Export Files.

    The Console Export Files page appears.

  3. In the row of the export file you want to delete, click Delete.

    Tip To delete multiple files at once, select the checkboxes in the rows of the files you want to delete and click Delete at the top of the table.

  4. In the Delete console export files dialog box, click Delete to confirm.
