Add a widget

You can create an information-rich dashboard by adding widgets to it.

Prerequisites

• To manage your own dashboards: You have a global role that has the Manage your own Views, Dashboards, Search filters global permission.
• To manage another user's dashboards: You have a global role that has the Manage shared Views, Dashboard and Search Filter global permission.

Steps

1. Open the dashboard to which you want to add a widget.
2. Click → Edit Dashboard.
3. Drag the required widget from the Widgets section to the dashboard.
   
   Tip You can vertically resize the Collibra Insights, Embedded Webpage, and Text widgets by using the bi-directional arrow located at the bottom of those widgets.
   
4. On the widget, click → Configure.
5. Edit the widget as needed.
6. Click Save.
7. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
