About Data Helpdesk
With Data Helpdesk, you can:
- Manage data issues A problem related to issue management; also referred to as issue. efficiently.
- Quickly view newly created issues.
- Process issues assigned to a given user.
- Track the progress of the issues.
- View the data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, conformity, consistency, integrity are available out of the box) and the data quality rules.
How to open Data Helpdesk
You can open Data Helpdesk if you have the Product Rights > Data Helpdesk global permission. To open Data Helpdesk, on the main toolbar, click
→
Data Helpdesk.
Data Helpdesk tabs
Data Helpdesk contains the following tabs.
