Add a BI report to a Collibra dashboard

Important

In Collibra 2024.05, we launched a new user interface (UI) for Collibra Data Intelligence Platform! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

You can create a dashboard and use the CollibraInsights widget to curate it with your BI reports, or add reports to an existing dashboard.

The Collibra Insights widget is a reporting widget that you can use to show any report from a webpage.

Note Before configuring dashboard reports, you need to set up Insights Data Access. You can then configure dashboard reports via the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform settings, or generate the dashboard reports via a URL from tools such as Tableau Online, Power BI, Qlik, or ThoughtSpot. Note that Insights Data Access is not a free, out-of-the-box product. For more information, go to Insights Data Access.

Important Whether or not a third-party webpage can be embedded is determined by the security settings of the third party.
