Collibra Insights widget

The Collibra Insights widget is a reporting widget that enables you to show a dashboard report on a dashboard, such as Privacy Risk Readiness, Data Maturity Dashboard, Process Register, or any report from a webpage.

Important Whether or not a third-party webpage can be embedded is determined by the security settings of the third party.

In Collibra 2024.05, we've launched a new user interface (UI) for Collibra Data Intelligence Platform! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

Before you begin

  • To manage your own dashboard: You have a global role that has the following global permission: Manage Your Own Views, Dashboards, Search Filters
  • To manage another user's dashboard: You have a global role that has the following global permission: Manage Shared Views, Dashboards, Search Filters
  • Before configuring dashboard reports, you need to set up Insights Data Access.
