Asset picker

Important This topic is applicable only to the latest UI. For a similar feature in the classic UI, go to Template toolbox.

The Asset Picker field in an assessment template allows you to define which assets are available for selection in the asset drop-down list (asset picker) in the assessment for users. You can specify the asset types, asset statuses, and domains based on which the assets in the asset picker should be filtered.

Tip The Asset types, Asset statuses, and Domains settings of a template work together with an AND condition. If you want the asset picker in assessments to show all assets, leave these three settings blank for the Asset Picker field in the template.

In an assessment template, on the Template designer tab, when you click an Asset Picker field, the following settings appear in the sidebar for you to configure.
