Assessment details page

Important 

In Collibra 2024.05, we launched a new user interface (UI) for Collibra Platform! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

When conducting an assessment, if you click Save draft or Submit, the assessment is shown on the Assessments landing page. You can click the assessment to view its details.

When conducting an assessment, if you click Complete or Submit for Review, the assessment is shown on the Assessments landing page. You can click the assessment to view its details. The assessment details page:

  • Shows the responses to all answered questions.
  • Identifies the date and time when the assessment was started.
  • Identifies the date and time when the last change to the assessment was made.
    Note You can't edit an assessment whose status is Completed or Submitted.
  • Includes the Edit draft button for assessments whose status is Draft.
  • Includes the following for assessments whose status is Published:
    • A button to the launch a follow-up assessment, if the associated template included a Yes/No and Decision questions and the score threshold was reached.
    • The View submission button to access the Assessment Review asset page.
      Note If the Assessment Review asset was deleted from your environment:
      • The status of the assessment remains Submitted.
      • If you click the View submission button, an appropriate message appears.
  • Shows all responses.
  • Shows the name of the user who owns the assessment and the names of the assignees.
  • Shows the date and time when the assessment was created and when it was last updated.
    Note If the assessment was never updated, the Last Updated field has the same value as the Created field in the Properties sidebar.
  • Shows the following if the assessment is in the Completed or Submitted status:
    • A button to the launch a follow-up assessment, if the associated template included the Yes/No and Decision fields and the score threshold was reached.
    • The Open the Review Asset button to access the Assessment Review asset page in your environment. If the Assessment Review asset was deleted from your environment, the status of the assessment still remains Submitted.
