View the summary of an Amazon S3 synchronization

After you synchronized Amazon S3, you can view the summary of the results. This shows the impact of the synchronization on the assets in Collibra Data Intelligence Platform

Steps

1. Open the Activities list.
2. In the row containing the S3 synchronization job, click Result.

   The Synchronization Result dialog box appears.

   Note 

   • The dialog box contains information about the total number of resources that were added, modified, or removed as a result of the synchronization. It also includes a link to the names of the Glue databases that were created by the synchronization. This information is crucial for integrating descriptions from S3 after you have synchronized the data source. For more information, go to Integrated Amazon S3 data.

   • In case of an error, the dialog box contains additional information about the error.

Tip The Job ID is useful when troubleshooting your synchronization process with Collibra Support.
