In Collibra 2024.02, we've launched a new user interface (UI) in beta for Collibra Data Intelligence Platform! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.
Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:
In a Table asset, profiling information is displayed in the Columns section in the Summary tab.
For each column, you see by default:
- Name
- Data Type
- Row Count
- Empty Values Count
- Number of Distinct Values
- Descriptive Statistics (chart)
For information about these columns and columns that you can add, go to Data profiling information.
To add more columns, click 
and then click Select fields.
You can also switch to tiles by clicking the Display as a tiles icon (
).
The location of the data profiling information of a Table asset depends on the Catalog experience setting.
- If the setting is enabled, the information is displayed in Columns tab page.
- If Catalog experience is not enabled, the Data Profiling tab page displays the information.
The following profiling information is available by default:
- Name
- Data Type
- Row Count
- Empty Values Count
- Number of distinct values
- Chart

You can customize the table by clicking the Display options icon ().
