What's New page

This feature is available only in the latest UI.

As an administrator, you can stay up to date with what is new in Collibra. The What's New page provides a curated, narrative-driven overview of some major updates and their benefits directly within the user interface. It ensures that you remain informed about new capabilities as soon as they are released, so you don't need to leave Collibra Platform or look for information elsewhere. The page also includes links to supporting resources for more guidance.

Currently, the What's New page is visible only to users with the System administration global permission.

You can open the What's New page if you have a global role with the System administration global permission.

To open the What's New page, on the main toolbar, click What's New.

What's New versus Release Notes

While release notes provide a comprehensive list of every new feature, enhancement, and fixed issue, the What's New page highlights some of the most impactful updates. It focuses on how key updates work together to improve your workflows, and provides specific resources to adopt them quickly.
