The Governance by design toolkit includes three beta features (Lifecycle management, smart checks, and the AI writing assistant) that must be enabled at the system level in Collibra Console before they can be configured and used in the Collibra platform.
Prerequisites
- You have a global role with the Product Rights > System administration global permission.
Steps
- Open Collibra Console.
- In the left pane, click the Data Governance Center node under your environment.
The service overview page opens. - Click the Configuration tab.
- Click Edit configuration.
- Scroll to section Beta features.
- Enable the following features:
- Enable smart checks
- Lifecycle management
- Text attribute AI-powered writing agent assistant
- Save the configuration.
