Copy an assessment and apply it to a different AI agent, AI model, or AI use case

After you've conducted an assessment of an AI agent, AI model, or AI use case, you can copy the assessment and responses to a different AI agent, AI model, or AI use case. You can then edit the responses as necessary.

There are two places from which to copy an assessment. Both options are addressed in this topic.

Requirements and permissions

You have the following permissions to work with assessments:

The out-of-the-box AI Business User and Data Scientist global roles have these permissions.

Steps

  1. Open the relevant asset page.
  2. In the Lifecycle tracker, click + Add Activity.
    The Add activity dialog box appears.
    Note If you don't see the + Add Activity button, it means you don't have the Assessments > Conduct assessments global permission. The out-of-the-box AI Business User and Data Scientist global roles have this permission.
  3. Select Copy Assessment from another Business Asset, and then click Add.
  4. In the Copy Assessment from another Business Asset drop-down list, select the asset from which you want to copy an assessment.
  5. In the Assessment drop-down list, select the assessment that you want to copy.
    • Only assessments that have the status Submitted or Completed are available for selection.
    • If multiple assessments of a specific type have been conducted, only the most recently submitted or completed assessment is available for selection.
  6. Click Add.
    The specified assessment is added in the Lifecycle tracker.
  1. Open Assessments.
  2. Open the assessment that you want to copy.
  3. Click More, and then select Copy for another <relevant asset type>.
    The Copy for another <relevant asset type> dialog box appears.
  4. In the <relevant asset type> drop-down list, select the AI agent, AI model, or AI use case to which you want to copy the assessment.
  5. Click Copy.
    The assessment is added in the Lifecycle tracker of the specified asset.
