Open the Job Details page

There are several ways to access the Job Details page, but this method is the most direct.

Prerequisites

  • At least one run of the Data Quality Job must occur before you can open its Job Details page.
  • You have a global role with the Product Rights > Data Quality global permission or the following permissions based on the actions you want to perform:
    • To view the Job Details page, you must have a resource role with the Data Quality Job > View resource permission.
    • To run a job, you must have the Data Quality Manager resource role with the Data Quality Job > Run resource permission.
    • To edit a job, you need the Data Quality Editor or Data Quality Manager resource role with the Data Quality Job > Edit resource permission.
    • To train monitor results, you need the Data Quality Editor or Data Quality Manager resource role with the Data Quality Job > Train Monitors resource permission.
    • To view logs, you need the Data Quality Editor or Data Quality Manager resource role with the Data Quality Job > Access Logs resource permission.
    • To add responsibilities, you need the Data Quality Manager resource role with the Data Quality Job > Responsibilities - Add resource permission.
    • To remove responsibilities, you need the Data Quality Manager resource role with the Data Quality Job > Responsibilities - Add resource permission.

Steps

  1. On the main toolbar, click Products iconData Quality.
    The Monitoring Overview opens.
  2. Click the name of a data source for which you want to see the details.
  3. The data source overview table opens.

    Note A data source and schema must have a number greater than 0 in the Jobs column to open a Job Details page.

  4. Click the name of a schema for which you want to see the details.
  5. The schema overview table opens.
  6. Click the name of a Data Quality Job in the Job column.
  7. The Job Details page opens.

Tip You can also access a Data Quality Job via the global search. Enter a search term and select a Data Quality Job from the results. In the search results, you can apply the Data Quality Jobs filter to include only Data Quality Job results.
