Revalidate assets

You can revalidate assets that were previously validated to check whether the assets still meet the validation rules that are assigned to the asset type.

Revalidating an asset executes all the validation rules that are assigned to the asset type. If an asset doesn't meet all the validation rules, the asset is invalid.

Tip You can also create a workflow to automatically revalidate assets based on certain events, for example, when an asset is added or an attribute is edited. For more information, go to Getting started with workflows.
