Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:
You can delete validation rules in the same way as normal assets.
Note You can't delete a validation rule if it is assigned to an asset type.
Before you begin
- You have unassigned the validation rule from asset types.
- You have a global role that has the System administration global permission.
Steps
- Open the Validation Rule domain to which the validation rule belongs.
- Select the checkbox in front of the validation rule.
- Click Delete.
A confirmation dialog box appears. - Click YesDelete.
Tip You can also search for or navigate to the validation rule, and click Actions → Delete.
