Edit or delete a quality score aggregation

You can edit or delete custom and out-of-the-box data quality score aggregations.

Prerequisites

• You have a global role that has the Product Rights > System administration global permission.
• Data Quality & Observabilityor a third-party tool for Collibra to source data quality scores.

Edit a quality score aggregation

1. On the main toolbar, click → Settings.
   The Settings page opens.
2. Click the Operating Model tab.
   The Operating Model settings are shown.
3. In the left pane, click Quality score aggregations.
   The Quality score aggregations tab may be named Data quality rules.
4. Click on the far-right side of the row containing the quality score aggregation.
   
   Tip You may need to scroll horizontally to access it.
The Edit quality score aggregation dialog box appears.
5. Enter the required information.
6. Click Save.

Delete a quality score aggregation

1. On the main toolbar, click → Settings.
   The Settings page opens.
2. Click the Operating Model tab.
   The Operating Model settings are shown.
3. In the left pane, click Quality score aggregations.
   The Quality score aggregations tab may be named Data quality rules.
4. Click on the far-right side of the row containing the quality score aggregation.
   
   Tip You may need to scroll horizontally to access it.
The Delete this quality score aggregation dialog box appears.
5. To confirm the permanent deletion of the quality score aggregation, click Delete.
