Manage Page Editor Icon card widgets

The Icon card widget highlights the purpose of the widget with a Collibra icon. For example, add the contacts icon and provide a link to your organization's contacts.

Prerequisites

You have the required permissions to edit the product page or dashboard.

Steps

  1. Go to the page where you want to add an Icon card widget.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Place the widget:
    1. If this is a new widget, under Widgets, drag and drop Icon card to the desired row on the page.
    2. If this is an existing widget, select the existing Icon card widget and drag and drop it to the new position on the page.
  4. Select the Icon card widget you want to configure.
  5. In the right-side Pages panel, update the widget details: 
    1. In the Title field, enter the name of the widget.
    2. In the Description field, enter a description of the widget.
    3. In Link, enter a URL for a page or resource you want to direct your user to.
    4. In Icon, select a Collibra icon which best represents the resource you are directing your user to. For example, select the shopping basket if the URL directs a user to Data Marketplace.
    5. In Color, select the color of the icon symbol.
    6. In Icon Background Color, select the background color of the icon.
  6. Optionally, select Content copy outlined icon above the component to copy and paste the component.
  7. Optionally, select above the component to delete the component.
  8. Click Publish to publish your changes.
