Manage Page Editor Manage Browser widgets

A Browser widget allows a user to browse through assets, communities, and domains to better understand the structure of your organization, as well as to find your team or department’s content. The widget also contains a search box to quickly find a community or domain.

Prerequisites

You have the required permissions to edit the product page or dashboard.

Steps

  1. Go to the page where you want to add or edit a Browser widget.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Place the widget:
    1. If this is a new widget, under Widgets, drag and drop Browser to the desired row on the page.
    2. If this is an existing widget, select the existing Browser widget and drag and drop it to the new position on the page.
  4. Select the Browser widget you want to configure.
  5. In the right-side Pages panel, update the widget details:
    1. In Title, enter the name of the widget.
    2. In Description, enter a description of the widget.
      1. Select the Show description in a tool tip checkbox to show the description in a tooltip. This helps consolidate space on your page.
  6. Optionally, select Content copy outlined icon above the component to copy and paste the component.
  7. Optionally, select above the component to delete the component.
  8. Click Publish to publish your changes.
