Edit default landing page
As an administrator, you can choose and configure a default landing page to provide your Collibra users with relevant, easy to access content. Your configuration options depend on which homepage is set in Settings.

Prerequisites
You have a global role that has the System administration global permission.
The default homepage uses a built-in editor. Changes are automatically saved, but not published, each time you click outside the section where you made changes.
Steps
- Open the homepage.
Tip The homepage opens when you sign in to Collibra, or when you click the application logo from any page in Collibra.
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click Edit Page.
The homepage editor opens.Tip If another administrator has edited or is editing the homepage, a message indicating so appears on the homepage, for example, Draft saved 8 minutes ago by Mabel. You can, however, still edit the homepage. - Edit the sections.
How to edit the sections

Enter a greeting.
If you want the first name of a user to show in the greeting, enter {Name}. For example, if you enter Hello {Name}, when a user named Mabel Cable signs in, the following greeting is shown to her: Hello Mabel. If the user doesn't have a first name, their username is shown.

Enter the text you want to show in the search field to guide users, for example, Search in Collibra.

The top section contains cards that will be shown on the homepage, whereas the bottom section contains cards that will be hidden from the homepage. To move a card from one section to another, drag the card to where you want it in the section.
While a total of 5 cards are available, you can show only up to 3 cards on the homepage.
Tip On the Your Quick Links card, you can add, edit, rearrange, and delete quick links.
Tip- If you want to pause editing the homepage or want to publish the edited homepage later, in the upper-right corner of the page, click X → Close Editor. This action saves all your changes but shows the last published homepage in the view mode.
- If you want to discard all your changes and see the last published version, click
→ Delete Draft. You can then continue to make new changes to the homepage. - If you want to discard all your changes and see the Collibra version of the homepage, which is the original version, click
→ Restore Collibra Version. You can then continue to make new changes to the homepage. Instead of making new changes, if you want to publish the Collibra version, click Publish.
- To preview the homepage, click Preview.
A preview of the homepage is shown.Tip If you want to make more changes to the homepage, click Back to Editor. - To publish the homepage, click Publish.
The edited homepage is published and becomes available to all the users.
The Formatted homepage (in preview) is customizable using the Page Editor, which lets you add and arrange sections and widgets, including text, images, metrics, and links.

The Page Editor opens. - Use the Page Editor to customize the page with sections and widgets.

Show or hide the left or right side panels.

The left side panel shows the available components for the page you are editing, as well as the outline of the components on the page. You use these components, such as sections and widgets, to configure your page. 
The Components filter allows you to search for components by name, rather than scrolling in the panel. 
Preview what your page looks like on small, medium, large, or wide screen. 
Zoom in or zoom out on the page. 
Use the left arrow to undo a change, and the right arrow to redo a change. 
Restore the default configuration of the page you are editing. All prior page configurations and layouts will be lost. 
The right side panel shows all relevant configurations for a selected component. For example, Title and Description. 
Preview your page configurations. 
Publish your page configurations to your organization. Anyone with access to the page you edited will see your changes. - Optional, click Preview to review your changes.
