History in Collibra
In Collibra 2024.05, we've launched a new user interface (UI) for Collibra Data Intelligence Platform! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.
Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:
Collibra Data Intelligence Platform automatically keeps a history of users and resources such as assets, domain and communities. This history keeps track of most changes to that resource and its children, as well as who made the changes.
Example
Users can provide a definition of a business term, edit its name, move it to a new domain, and change the status. These changes are in the history of the affected assets, their parent domain, all parent communities and the history of the users themselves.
You can view the history of any resource in the History tab of the resource's page.
