Propose an asset via the Privacy Dashboard

You can propose a new asset via the Privacy Dashboard.

Requirements and permissions

You have a global role with the Start workflow global permission.

Note Users that have a global role with the Workflow Administration or System administration permission do not require this permission explicitly.

Steps

  1. On the Privacy Dashboard, click the relevant workflow button, for example, New Business Process.
    In this example, the New Business Process workflow wizard appears.
  2. Enter a name for the new asset, and then click Create.
    A message stating that the workflow has been started appears. An asset in the New status is created in the default domain.
    3. In this example, the New business process created dialog box appears. The dialog box contains the Go to business process asset page button.
  3. Go to the asset page of the new asset, and then continue to launch the next form in the workflow wizard.
