Default domains

Some of the Data Privacy workflows result in the creation of new assets. The following table shows the default domains in which the new assets are created.

Note The default domains listed in the following table are used to only temporarily store the assets. The assets are ultimately moved to the domains specified when creating the assets.

Note The concept of a default domain is not applicable to the following assets:

Assessment, Time-based Review Rule, and Event-based Review Rule assets. These are created in the domain of the user's choice during the relevant workflow.
Review Request assets. These are created in a hidden domain in the community of the related asset. You can view all the assets in these hidden domains through the Data Helpdesk.
