Download an assessment

Important 

In Collibra 2024.05, we launched a new user interface (UI) for Collibra Data Intelligence Platform! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

You can print an assessment or download it as a PDF using the Print button.

You can download an assessment as a PDF using the Download PDF button. The PDF captures all the information shown on the assessment details page.

Note The printed or PDF version of an assessment doesn't contain the descriptions of the questions.

Prerequisites

You have a global role that has the Assessments > Conduct assessments global permission.

Steps

  1. Open Assessments.
  2. Click the assessment whose PDF you want to download.
    The assessment details page opens.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click → Download PDF.
    The PDF is downloaded to your computer.
  4. Click the assessment you want to print.
  5. Click Print.
    Tip If you can't find the Print button, go to More → Print.
