Conduct an assessment via URL

You can conduct an assessment with or without a specific asset directly via a link. You can also retake an assessment via a link if you are the owner of the assessment or have the retake permission.

Prerequisites

You have a global role with the Assessments > Conduct assessments global permission.

Steps

1. On the address bar of your browser, enter a link in the following format.
   • To create an assessment with a specific asset

   [your Collibra environment]/assessments/conduct?assetId=[ID of the asset in Collibra]&templateId=[ID of a published assessment template]	https://doc.collibra.com/assessments/conduct?assetId=019102db-f625-7ebb-89f7-3df92ed34923&templateId=4565e602-2a78-11eb-adc1-0242ac120002

   • To create an assessment without a specific asset
     

   Format	Example
   [your Collibra environment]/assessments/conduct?assetName=[Name for the assessment]&templateId=[ID of a published assessment template]	https://doc.collibra.com/assessments/conduct?assetName=Risk%20Management&templateId=4565e602-2a78-11eb-adc1-0242ac120002

   To retake an assessment

An assessment is created in the Draft status and the assessment page opens.
