Add notifications
This section shows you how to add notifications to your Data Quality Job so users or user groups receive notifications when the specified conditions are met.
Requirements and permissions
- You have the Data Quality Admin or Data Quality User global role.
- The Data Quality Pushdown Edge capability is enabled for your data source.
- Notification recipients must have a Collibra Platform user account.
Steps
- Select the notification options.
- Optionally, enter a custom message to include with each notification, in the Global custom message input field.
- Optionally, turn on Individual custom messages in the upper-right corner, and then enter a unique message for each applicable notification option.
- Click the Recipients dropdown menu and select a user to add them to the list or recipients, or click
to the right of a recipient's username to remove them.
- Click Next. The Review step opens.

Sends a notification to the specified recipients when the number of runs where your Data Quality Job contains no data are greater than or equal to the value you set. Enter a value greater than 0. |

Sends a notification to the specified recipients when the number of days without data runs without data are greater than or equal to the value you set. Enter a value greater than 0. |

Sends a notification to the specified recipients when the data quality score is less than or equal to the value you set. Enter a value between 0 and 100. |

Sends a notification to the specified recipients when the run time of your data exceeds the value you set, in minutes. Enter a value greater than 0. |

Note When individual custom messages is on, any global custom message you previously added is turned off automatically.
You can now Review and run your Data Quality Job.
