Manage Pages
Pages shows every page, both system and custom, that can be configured via the Page Editor in your Collibra Platform. These pages are organized under 2 tabs:
You can assign a system or custom page as the landing page for specific users, groups, or roles, directing them to the most relevant starting point in Collibra.
Prerequisites
You have the SysAdmin global role.
View pages
You can view and manage all pages from the Pages page, organized into two tabs.
- System pages: Out-of-the-box pages included with the platform. You can't delete or duplicate a system page.
- Custom pages: Pages created by your organization. You can edit, duplicate, and delete custom pages.
To view your Pages, on the main toolbar, click →
Pages.
On either tab, you can view the following information for each page:
- Name: The page's name. You can't rename a system page.
- Description: A short description of the page's purpose.
- URL: The page's URL. Page URLS can be shared directly, added to a useful location like a dashboard, or used to assign a page as a landing page to specific users, roles, or groups.
- System pages have a fixed URL which can't be changed.
- The URL of a custom pages is determined by the page name.
- Status: Whether the page is published or has unpublished changes.
- Last modified date.
- Last modified by.
- Created date.
- Last published date.
From the Custom pages tab, you can edit, duplicate, or delete a page using the icons in the Actions column. From the System pages tab, you can only edit a page.
Create a custom page

On the main toolbar, click
→ Pages.
The Pages table opens. - Click the Custom pages tab.
- Click Create page.
The Page Editor opens. - Use the Page Editor to create your new page.
- The name you give the page determines the URL for your new page.
- The description is visible from the Pages table, and is helpful in identifying the purpose of the page.
- Click Preview to review your changes.
- Click Publish to save and publish your changes. If you're not ready to publish, click
Close to save the page as a draft.
- Add the link to a useful location, for example the homepage.
Edit a page

On the main toolbar, click
→ Pages.
The Pages table opens. - Click the System pages or Custom pages tab, and find the page you want to edit.
- Click
Edit in the row of the page you want to edit.
The Page Editor opens. - Update the page.Note You can't rename a system page.
- Click Preview to review your changes.
- Click Publish to save and publish your changes. If you're not ready to publish, click
Close to save the page as a draft.
Duplicate a custom page

On the main toolbar, click
→ Pages.
The Pages table opens. - Click the Custom pages tab.
- In the row of the custom page you want to duplicate, click
duplicate page.
The Page Editor opens. - Rename the copy and edit the page.
- Publish.
Delete a custom page

On the main toolbar, click
→ Pages.
The Pages table opens. - Click the Custom pages tab.
- In the row of the custom page you want to delete, click
delete page.
- In the delete confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
