You can collaborate on any community, domain, asset, or assessment via comments. Comments allow you to share feedback, ask questions, or provide additional context directly within Collibra. They help ensure that all relevant discussions are documented and easily accessible to others. Whether you have questions about a resource, want to propose related resources, or simply want to inform your colleague about a resource’s existence, you can do so directly on the resource page by adding a comment. Mentioned users receive email notifications, facilitating faster response time and transparency, while eliminating the need for offline discussions.

Collibra offers the following types of commenting experiences:
- Default commenting experience: Comments are shown in the Comments section, which appears at the bottom of the Overview tab on community, domain, and asset pages.
- New commenting experience: Comments are shown in the Comments sidebar, which appears when you click
in the title bar on community, domain, and asset pages.
