Delete words from stop word list

Important The Stop words setting in Collibra Console is being retired. To modify or remove existing configurations, contact Collibra Support.

You can delete some or all of the words in your list of stop words. If you delete all of the words in your list of stop words, the default list is applied.

Prerequisites

  • You have the ADMIN or SUPER role in Collibra Console.
  • You previously created a list of stop words.

Steps

  1. Open the DGC service settings for editing:
    1. Open Collibra Console.
      Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
    2. In the tab pane, expand an environment to show its services.
    3. In the tab pane, click the Data Governance Center service of that environment.
    4. Click Configuration.
    5. Click Edit configuration.
  2. In the Search index configuration section, in the Stop words field, click next to each of the stop words that you want to delete.
  3. Click Save all.
  4. Reindex Collibra Platform.
