The Data Access Rules tab in Protect contains an overview of data access rules.
The following table describes the columns that are shown on the Data Access Rules tab.

| Rule Name | Name of the rule. |
| Status |
Status of the most recent synchronization between the rule in Protect and that in the data source. For more information, go to Synchronization and policy statuses. Tip To know whether the rule is currently active in the data source, click
 next to the status. |
| Groups | Groups for which the rule is created. |
| Affected Assets |
Assets that the rule protects. Tip Depending on your role, you can view the details of an asset by clicking the asset link in this column. |
| Owner | Name of the user who created the rule. |
| Created Date | Date and time when the rule was created. |
| Last Modified | Date and time when the rule was last updated. |
