Request a Collibra Cloud site

You can request one Collibra Cloud site per environment. For example, you can request one for your development environment and one for production. Follow these steps to submit your setup request.

Note You cannot request a second site for an environment that already has one.

Steps

  1. On the main toolbar, click Products icon → Cogwheel icon Settings.
    The Settings page opens.
  2. Click Edge.
    The Sites overview opens.
  3. Click Create Site.
    The Edge site creation wizard opens.
  4. Click Select Collibra Cloud in the Collibra Cloud site section.
  5. Confirm the Collibra Cloud site information with your internal team.
  6. Click Request site.
    Collibra receives your request for a new Collibra Cloud site. Your site status remains Read only until it is approved.
    When your site is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes any IP addresses that you may need to add to your allowlist. After your site is approved and set up, you can add connections and capabilities.
