Your access requests

The Access Requests page shows all Data Usage assets for which you are the requester. Use this page to track the status of your access requests after you request access via the data basket.

To open this page, click your avatar in the top navigation bar and select Access requests.

Required permission

To view the Access Requests page, you must have a global role with the Product Rights > Data Marketplace global permission.

Note 

You do not need the Catalog global permission to view your access requests.

About the Access Requests page

The Access Requests page displays all Data Usage assets in the Data Usages domain where you hold the requester role. For each request, the following information is shown:

  • Name: The name of the access request, automatically generated with the date of the request.
  • Status: The current status of the request, for example Approval Pending or Invalid.
  • Requires: The asset the access was requested for.
  • Last Modified On: The date and time the request was last updated.
  • Purpose: The purpose provided when the request was submitted.

Click a request name to open its preview in the right side panel, where you can view all the information about the request.

Click an asset in the Requires column to open the asset preview in the right side panel.

You can filter the list using the Name, Status, and Requires filters at the top of the page, and sort on any column to find a specific request.
