Move a community

You can move a community to another parent community.

Note If a community is moved to a community in another scope, the assignment of its assets may change. If moving a community causes a conflict of scopes, the moved domain is removed from its original scope.

Steps

  1. Open a community page.
  2. Click Actions → Move.
    The Move <community name> dialog box appears.
  3. Enter the required information.

    Community

    Enter the name of the new parent community.

    Community names have to be unique in their parent community. If you try to move this community to a parent community that already contains a community with the same name, an error message will appear after clicking Save.

  4. Click Save.
