Checkbox and radio button

You can configure the values for the Checkbox and Radio Button fields.

Prerequisites

You have a global role with the Assessments > Manage templates global permission.

Steps

1. Open or create a template.
2. Click the relevant question or add a new question to the building area.
3. Click next to a value and drag to reorder it among the other values.
4. Click next to a value, to delete it.
5. Click to add another value.
6. In Properties, expand the Choices section and select Has other item, to allow users to select the value "Other" and add free-text clarification.
7. Do any the following:
   • Click the question text field to edit it.
   • Click next to an item and drag to reorder it among the other items.
   • Click next to a value to delete it.
   • Click to add another value.
   • In the sidebar, select the Show the Comment Box checkbox to add a free-text field to allow the user to add context.
