Delete an assessment

Important 

In Collibra 2024.05, we launched a new user interface (UI) for Collibra Data Intelligence Platform! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

You can delete an assessment only if you are the owner of the assessment.

Note If you delete a submitted assessment, the linked Assessment Review asset will not be automatically deleted. You need to manually delete it in your Collibra environment.

Prerequisites

You have a global role that has the Assessments > Conduct assessments global permission.

Steps

  1. Open Assessments.
  2. Click the assessment you want to delete.
    The assessment page opens.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click → Delete assessment.
    The Delete assessment dialog box appears.
    Tip If you are deleting a submitted assessment, you can click the link in the dialog box to open the linked Assessment Review asset to delete the asset.
  4. Click Delete.
    The assessment is deleted and is no longer shown in the table on the Assessments landing page.
  1. Open Assessments.
  2. Click the assessment you want to delete.
    The assessment page opens.
  3. Click More → Delete.
