Manage tags from the Tags page

If you have the correct resource permission, you can edit, merge, and delete tags from the tags overview page.

Edit a tag on the Tags page

  1. On the main toolbar, click Products icon → Stewardship.
  2. On the submenu, click Tags.
    The Tags overview page opens.
  3. Double-click in the tag you want to edit.
  4. Edit the name.
  5. Press ENTER or click outside of the field to save the edits.

Merge tags on the Tags page

You merge tags by changing the name of a tag to that of another existing tag.

  1. On the main toolbar, click Products icon → Stewardship.
  2. On the submenu, click Tags.
    The Tags overview page opens.
  3. Double-click in the cell of the tag you want to merge.

  4. Change the name of the tag to that of another existing tag.
  5. Press Enter to view your change.
  6. Press Enter to save your change.

    The Merge Tags? dialog box appears.
  7. Click Confirm.

Delete a tag from the Tags page

  1. On the main toolbar, click Products icon → Stewardship.
  2. On the submenu, click Tags.
    The Tags overview page opens.

  3. Select the checkboxes to the left of the tags you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
