Enable or disable ratings

You can enable or disable ratings for assets via the asset type pages in the Collibra settings.

Enabling ratings for a particular asset type doesn't automatically enable ratings for its child asset types. You need to manually enable ratings for each child asset type.

By default, ratings are enabled for some out-of-the-box asset types, such as Data Set and Report. Ratings are disabled, by default, for any asset types you create.

Warning Ratings can't be disabled for a specific asset type if user ratings already exist for any assets of that asset type. To disable ratings, you need to then manually delete all user ratings for all assets of that asset type.
