Remove attachments

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

You can move files from an asset, domain, or community as attachments.

Before you begin

You have a resource role with the Attachment > Remove resource permission on the relevant asset, domain, or community.

Steps

  1. Open a community, domain, or asset page.
  2. In the tab panebar, click Attachments.
  3. In the tab panebar, click Files.

  4. Select the attachment you want to delete.

  5. Click Delete.

  6. Click Delete in the pop-up window.

Note When an attachment is referenced as an image or link in a rich text attribute, a community or domain description, or a comment, removing the attachment results in a broken reference.
