Limitations
The following table identifies known AI Governance limitations. We are working to resolve these.
Topic | Known issue |
---|---|
General |
Performance will be significantly impaired if you have more than 1,000 AI Use Case assets in your Collibra environment. |
Indirectly related policies and data categories | Up to 1,000 indirectly related Policy assets, and up to 1,000 indirectly related Data Category assets, can be shown in the respective widgets on an AI Use Case or Deployed AI Model asset page. If there are more than 1,000 Policy assets, or more than 1,000 Data Category assets, only the first 1,000 assets are shown in the respective widgets. |
Email notifications for metadata changes |
Changes to the relations between applicable assets are cached and reported approximately every hour. Therefore, if a relation between a data category and an applicable asset is, for example, added or deleted, it can take up to approximately one hour before the email notification is sent. |
Configure the lifecycle stages of AI Governance assets | The current migration process does not correctly manage asset status configurations. Therefore, if you migrate your Collibra configuration from one environment to another environment, you will need to reconfigure the core path asset statuses. This will be improved in a future version of Collibra. |
Configure assessment types for an asset type | The current migration process does not correctly manage these assessment configurations. Therefore, if you migrate your Collibra configuration from one environment to another environment, you will need to reconfigure the assessments that you configure for each lifecycle stage. This will be improved in a future version of Collibra. |
