Sort search results

You can sort the search results by the following criteria:

  • Relevance
  • Name
  • Last modified date (newest to oldest)

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

Steps

  1. Perform a search via the Search box or the Search widget.
  2. On the search page, click next to the sort fieldthe Relevance menu.
  3. Select the criterion by which you want to sort the search results.
    The results are sorted in descending order.
  4. Optional: To sort in ascending order, click .
