Add a widget to a dashboard

You can add widgets to curate information-rich dashboards.

Requirements and permissions

• If you want to manage your own dashboard: You have a global role that has the Manage your own Views, Dashboards, Search filters global permission.
• If you want to manage another user's dashboard: You have a global role that has the Manage shared Views, Dashboard and Search Filter global permission.

Steps

1. Access the dashboard to which you want to add a widget.
2. On the dashboard bar, click → Edit widgets.
3. Drag the required widget to the dashboard.
   
   Tip You can browse through the widgets by using the page numbers.
   
4. Edit the widget as required.
5. Click Close & save edits.
