Install the Monitoring service

The Monitoring service allows you to gather metrics from Collibra Data Governance Center. The service also provides extensive monitoring and diagnostics capabilities.

For an on-premises Jobserver in combination with a Collibra Data Governance Center environment, it is optional to install an on-premises Monitoring service.

Important If you do the installation on RHEL/Rocky Linux 9 or Suse 15, see the services section of the installation guide. This is also valid if you install without root permissions.

Steps

To install the Monitoring service, follow the steps for your operating system and only select Monitoring as component.
