Switch views

You can switch between saved views of the jobs and monitors lists in the Job Management page. Each view stores a specific column layout, filter, and sort configuration, so you can quickly access the jobs or monitors data that matters most to you.

Steps

  1. Go to Job Management and select the Monitors tab.
    The monitors table opens, showing the name of the active view next to the Select view button.
  2. Click Select view.
    A view selector appears with a Filter available views search field, Show all views link, and pinned and unpinned views for quick access.
  3. Optionally, enter a view name in the Filter available views field to narrow the list.
  4. Click Show all views.
    The Available Views page opens, showing all views you have access to.
  5. Optionally, switch on Display my views only to show only views you own or are shared with you.
  6. In the Name column, click the name of the view you want to apply.
    The monitors table reloads with the selected view applied. The page title updates to show the name of the view you selected.
Tip To pin a view to the quick access section of the view selector, click the pin icon in the Pin column on the Available views page.

Available views page overview

The Available views page shows the following columns for each view.

Column Description
Pin Pins or unpins the view so that it shows at the top of the list.
Name The name of the view. Click the name to apply the view to the monitors table.
Description A short description of the view, if the view creator entered one.
Owner The name of the colleague who created the view.
Last Modified On The date and time the view was last edited.
Created On The date and time the view was created.
Shared With The person or group the view is shared with. A value of Everyone means all colleagues with access to Job Management can see and apply the view.
Delete Deletes the view. You cannot undo this action.
Note To go back to the jobs or monitors list, click Return to Current View at the top of the Available views page.
