UI preferences (in preview)

You can switch to the latest design. Your features and data remain unchanged, but your platform has a new, updated layout and more intuitive experience.

Currently, you can enable the New app experience. This is a navigation experience in the Collibra Platform, designed to enhance usability, organization, and navigation across the platform. Administrators can enable or disable the new UI in the application settings.

This navigation is currently available for the following applications:

Prerequisites

You have a global role with the Product Rights > System administration global permission.

Steps

  1. On the main toolbar, click Products iconCogwheel icon Settings.
    The Settings page opens.
  2. In the General section, click Customizations.
    The Custom Theme page opens.
  3. Select the New app experience toggle to enable the new UI.
    Your change is saved.
    Your platform UI is updated.
