Manage Page Editor My links sections
A My links section is a horizontal line that visually organizes the space on a page. This line can be visible or invisible. You can add, edit, or move this section in the Page editor.
Prerequisites
You have the required permissions to edit the product page or dashboard.
Steps
- Go to the page where you want to add or edit a My links section.
- Click Edit.
- If this is a new My links section, under Sections & Layout, drag and drop My links to the desired location on the page.
- If this is an existing My links section, select the My links you want to edit.
- In the right-side panel, update the section details:
- Select Make full width to adjust the width of the section.
- In Title, enter the name of the section.
- In Title style, select the header size of the title.
- In the Table tabs section, select what data you want shown to the user. This data is added as a new tab in the widget. You can reorder the tabs by dragging and dropping them in this section.
- Recently visited: A list of the 5 most recently viewed asset pages by the user.
- Dashboards: All dashboards available to the user.
- Favorites: A list of assets from the Favorite collection.
- Most viewed: A list of the most visited asset pages in the last 30 days.
- Recommended: A list of assets the user might like based on their search history and the assets they previously visited.
- Quick links: A list of links to the pages the user can quickly open.
- Optionally, select
above the component to copy and paste the component.
- Optionally, select
above the component to delete the component. - Click Publish to publish your changes.
